An introduction to the DAG committee.
The Dunblane Allotment Group is administered and overseen by an elected committee of volunteers as follows.
The committee meet once a month, on the first Thursday of the month (8 pm to 10 pm), to discuss things related to the upkeep of the land that makes up the allotment. Currently these meetings are virtual using ZOOM.
The meeting follows a set agenda bulleted below.
The committee is always looking for new members to bring fresh enthusiasm and ideas to DAG. Please consider volunteering to be part of the committee if you are a fully paid up plot holder. As a committee member you would be available to attend (most) monthly meetings (2 hours but usually less) and contribute to those meetings.
- Chairperson - makes the final decision and manages/facilitates regular constituted meetings (when the meeting has a quorum).

- Secretary - oversees all administrative tasks pertaining to the running of the allotment.

- Treasurer - maintains and manages all monies entering and leaving the DAG bank account.

- Membership - introduces new plot holders to DAG and manages the waiting list.

- There are currently six other committee members.

- Apologies - received from any committee member unable to attend.
- Agree minutes from previous meeting
- Any business pertaining to the previous minutes.
- Treasurers Report
- Secretaries Report
- Membership Report
- Water/Manure status update
- Any number if additional agenda items requested and circulated prior to the meeting
- Any Other Competent Business
- Date/Time/Venue of next meeting.
